Shipping and Customs 

All orders received by us are shipped or delivered (depending on your location) within 24 hours or placing the order during working days (Mondays to Fridays excluding weekends and bank holidays). 

Click & Collect usually ready within 24hrs from date and time of purchase. Same Day & Next Day Delivery will be charged at a flat rate of £10 per order.

We reserve the right to deliver products at a later date (up to 28 days after purchase) where the product ordered is not in stock at the time of purchase. In this situation you will be contacted and offered a full refund instead of delivery of the product.

We cannot be held responsible for disruption to delivery caused by industrial disputes or action outside our direct control. If such disruption occurs, you will be offered delivery via an alternative delivery method or a full refund. 

Furthermore, your order may be subject to delay or be opened and searched by local customs authorities when entering the destination country. Please note we are unable to provide specific advice on customs duties or tariffs. 

Due to shipping regulations some products may take longer than others to arrive, we estimate this can take up to 30 days from point of order/payment. We cannot guarantee your product will arrive as estimated.
